When in this phrase, alsome is a noun, not an adjective as one might expect (because then it should be "teh alsomest," which it isn't). The teh is a significant clue to the hearer that what follows is going to be grammatically and in all other ways incorrect and probably annoying.
And that, my friends, is sometimes teh alsome.
